Aug 7th – Going the extra mile for Big Mama, Zig Zag and Mama’s latest calf. After seeing Mouflon Sheep & Rams munching seaweed north forested shore of Spieden, we cut through John’s Pass catching the flood to Pender Bluffs. The three humpbacks traveling close together left us at Otter Bay. We sailed between Saltspring and Portland Islands – island hopping our way to Mandarte Island, one of the largest seabird colonies in British Columbia. Sunset supper in New Channel with wine and chocolates.
