Sailing with Transient Killer Whales – the T60’s

Sept 24th – We sailed out through Spieden Channel crossed the border to meet a family of transient (marine mammal eating) killer whales known as the  T60’s. Together we circumnavigated Gooch and Comet Island. T60F stayed close to her big brother, T60C, as they explored the shorelines. Many harbor seals hauled out in New Channel staying warm on a chilly day.
