May 27, 2017 – Zoomed out of Cattle Pass on a fast ebb tide with a humpback just ahead of us earning a speeding ticket for doing 11 knots. We hung a Louie to hang with the stellers and found a bald eagle feeding her squawking chicks. Drifting through the islands of pelagic cormorants and seals with all manner of seaweeds exposed on the super low tide. Anchored at Iceberg point for BBQ lunch and shore exploration at an idyllic cove before returning on the flood. – Lets go do something different!
