August 12, 2017 – Our passengers were locals and what do you know but the Humpback whale we met at Point Caution took us to their house. Also passing were the Transient/Biggs Orcas the T46s. The humpback whale ‘Stitch’ swam on a treadmill against the full flood of Cattle Pass. Just outside the pass were the Transient Orcas the T99s who were finishing a predation before zooming in through the pass with many breaches and spy-hops. A metropolis of whales passing Friday Harbor today.
