August 17th 2017 We sailed East and into Upright Channel and watched a pair of Peregrine Falcons fly in at speed to a high vantage point roost. Rounding Lopez Ferry dock we met the Transient Orca family known as the T30s. Backlit blows and views of Mount Baker a beautiful summers sail alongside the T30s as they traveled deep into Griffin Bay. They passed us near Harbor Rock as we had supper before visiting the recently returned Steller Sea Lions and a sunset wing on wing sail home.
