May 7, 2018 – Sailing downwind to Yellow Island where Canada geese wandered through slopes of blue camas. On through Spring Pass to Green Point where Steller sea lions were in deep slumber. We rode the currents into New Channel and through the gems of the Cactus Islands. Into the flat expanse of Boundary Pass and anchored in Prevost Harbor. Today we hiked the country lanes of Stuart Island to the 200ft overlook of Lovers Leap. Sailing around Stuart Island we found a Peregrine falcon and had our barbecued halibut supper in Spieden Channel. Another great day on the water.
