Sailed North and met two humpbacks in Haro Strait which we ID’d as BCY0324 “Big Mama” and MMX0099. We were able to drift and slowly sailed wing on wing parallel to them was they continued to Turn Point Lighthouse. Listening to their blows was amplified as they passed close to the sheer cliffs of Lovers Leap. We returned following the Stuart Island shoreline into New Channel. Lots of new harbor seal pups swimming with their mothers and peering out from the kelp forests.
