August 15, 2019 – It was a fun sail circumnavigating San Juan Island.
During our trip we got a distant view of J pod as they traveled up the shoreline from Lime Kiln Point State Park. After the orcas passed County Park, suddenly they flipped directions and quickly turned back south.
We continued on our journey north to explore the peaceful beauty of New Channel. Sailing across towards Jones and down through the islands we weaved our way back to Friday Harbor.
