March 20, 2021 – Short sail circumnavigating Shaw Island. The rains came and went. Guests enjoyed a nice home cooked meal in the galley that they prepared ahead of time during the passing shower. As we came down Upright Channel the winds picked up so we reefed the sails. We were tipping pretty hard as we crossed San Juan Channel towards Turn Island with the strong gusts. In the lee of Turn Island Pass we enjoyed a peaceful quiet sail as we passed by the snoozing harbor seals.
