July 10, 2021 – We left Friday Harbor from the south entrance. Coming around Turn Island and drifting towards the northern point we noticed orca fins approaching from the south. We caught the wind and the current to sail alongside and found they were the T46B’s. They followed the Shaw Island coastline and it was exciting to see them. We left them as they approached Yellow Island and sailed back to Point Caution.
