July 23, 2021 – It was our lucky day. Two groups of orcas were coming south down San Juan Channel towards Friday Harbor. We had a quick view of the T65A’s as they bombed down the channel into choppy seas before we headed close to the San Juan Island shoreline to see the T37A’s. One of the highlights was watching the orcas playing in the strong current in Cattle Pass. Lots of leaping and spy hops.
