October 14, 2021 – A rainy day but full of so many magical moments. Bald eagles, harbor seals, a pair of humpback whales, belted kingfishers, marbled murrelets, pigeon guillemots, common murres, Pacific loons, Bonaparte’s gulls, a rainbow, fall colors, breaks of blue skies and sunshine. One of the humpbacks who gave us a perfect tail fluke photo we were able to ID as BCY0458 aka “Raptor”, and the other we believe to be MMX0007 aka “Bond” based on the dorsal fin.
