August 18, 2022 – We had an exciting adventure with a family of Biggs/Transient orcas known as the T2C’s. These orcas used to be regular visitors to this area, but for some reason we hadn’t seen them in a couple year since T2C2 “Tumbo” was still alive. He had scoliosis and required full time help from his family to survive. It was always so heart warming getting a chance to see what life was like for them for just a short while when they passed through. He passed away at the age of 14. Sadly, this family suffered another loss as T2C4 was presumed dead this year.
