September 3, 2022 – We sailed to some of our favorite places… New Channel, Java Rocks, Monarch Head where we watched Southern Resident orcas from J pod swim by quickly, Skipjack Island, Bare Island, and down the north coastline of Orcas Island.
Note: All photos of Southern Resident orcas are heavily cropped. We viewed well over half a mile away and had our engine off as they passed by.
